Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vmartcollections.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Certain products such as personal care items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- In some cases, you may receive a replacement depending on your preference
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged products not due to our error
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different model), please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vmartcollections.com and send your item to: Mushaf Ali Mir road, Opposite Sultan Mill, Sargodha.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mushaf Ali Mir road, Opposite Sultan Mill, Sargodha.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
